Bloodlust isnt consumed by devastate

added in a whole revenge set that can be found a little past rotherhithe by an  enemy called HitMan, revenge set increases revenge by 500 points of damage and increases aggro 15% per piece

fixed some missing text getting a legendary before story allowed it
